Psychiatric Counseling

If you or your loved one has been feeling down or depressed, doesn't feel like themselves or has issues that they feel are causing them difficulty dealing with on their own...THERE IS HELP.

Mustafa Center has been able to connect with a Muslim Psychiatry Resident, Dr Ayesha Mian at George Washington University in Washington, DC who will be able to provide support and help in a confidential and safe environment. She is fluent in Urdu and English. The service will be provided at a minimal charge on a sliding scale fee. Health insurance is not required. The service may include psychotherapy, medication or both and could be provided on an as-needed basis (monthly, bimonthly, weekly or more frequently if needed).
