Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) is a leading grassroots organization which seeks to obtain the pleasure of Allah (SWT) through working for the establishment of Islam in all spheres of life. ICNA is committed to creating a healthy environment for youth and families that is conducive to their all-round physical, moral and intellectual development.

In 2000, they started “The Great Muslim Adventure Day” at Six Flags Great Adventure, which is known for being one of the biggest outdoor gatherings of Muslims in North America. This year Mustafa Center was presented with an opportunity to be a part of this gathering, which hundreds of people attended, and introduce the funeral chapel project at Six Flags America near upper Marlboro, MD on September 17, 2016. The ICNA organizers arranged for us to have a few of our members represent our organization, distribute brochures, and speak to those interested in learning more about MC. Furthermore, we were able to speak to vendors and other event attendees regarding the MC funeral chapel project throughout the day, including before and after Duhr prayer. It was a wonderful event to be a part of and to raise awareness in a different setting and community other than our own. We are very grateful to ICNA and the organizers for all their assistance and for allowing us to represent our community.
