While we’ve wanted to re-open the Masjid as soon as possible, we have been making every effort to ensure the safety of our community. As we are getting ready to re-open the Masjid Al-Hamdulillah, we would like to inform you about the following rules and recommendations that will be observed at Mustafa Center.

STARTING JULY 3, 2020 – OUR FIRST JUMMAH PRAYERS

  • There will be three Jummah prayers and brief Khutbahs: at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM
  • The maximum limit for capacity will be 70 people at each prayer, and admission will be on a First-Come-First-Serve basis
  • If you are sick or having any symptoms of cold and coughing or having any other underlying health conditions, please stay at home and take care of yourself
  • Perform Wudu at home and avoid using Masjid restrooms
  • Bring your own Prayer Rug
  • Mask is mandatory inside the Masjid
  • Please observe the social distancing rule of 6-feet at all times, including praying in congregation
  • Gloves are recommended inside the Masjid
  • Avoid physical contacts, such as shaking hands or embracing fellow congregants
  • Use the Masjid only for the Obligatory (Fardh) prayers, and pray Sunnah and Nafil salah at home
  • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted inside the masjid

At this time, we do not have separate arrangements for those sisters who bring their kids with them and we cannot accommodate them until further arrangements are made.

Please kindly and seriously observe the above rules. Also, please follow the instructions of our volunteers and cooperate with them. Remember that social distancing rules will be followed in all areas of Mustafa Center and at all times.
